Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Because our products are made on demand, this helps reduce overproduction and allows us to offer unique merchandise for artists and brands.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and local carriers.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Customer location
  • Product type
  • Order size

Shipping rates are determined by our fulfillment partners.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours after shipment.

You can track your order directly via the shipping carrier link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

This is because products may be produced in different fulfillment centers depending on product type and availability.

If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Dance Music Merch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
